HP Tuners or EFI Live — which tuning software should I learn?

• EFILive's FlashScan V2 interfaces with the ECU as both scan and tuning tool, auto-detects the installed ECM as long as it has power, supports standalone data logging, and can log up to four external analog inputs plus a serial input (dyno, wideband O2), avoiding analog voltage/ground offsets when the wideband is read over RS-232 serial. • E92; LT; 2014-2017: EFILive supports the full relevant GM ECM range through the 2017 model year; HP Tuners VCM Suite is the other mainstream commercial path with full E92 support, since Gen V is commercial-tool territory with no open-source tuning path. (LSX Magazine)
