Will a TH400 slip yoke work on a 4L80E, and does removing the TBI harness kill the fuse box?
The yoke: yes. Speedway lists the same GM 32-spline slip yoke for the TH400 (versions without a threaded hole in the output shaft) and the 4L80E/4L85E.
The TBI harness and fuse box: we don't have a source that covers that truck's factory wiring, so we can't answer it here. Trace it on the factory wiring diagram before cutting anything.
