Can one HP Tuners setup or handheld tune multiple trucks, and does the PCM keep an audit trail of flashes?
Multiple trucks: yes, but each one needs its own license.
- HP Tuners: a license is tied to the vehicle's VIN, controller serial number and operating system, and one interface can hold thousands of licenses. Each additional truck costs credits.
- EFILive: extra FlashScan V3 VIN licenses are $125 each (up to 600 per device). An AutoCal ships with one VIN license and expands the same way.
Audit trail: we don't have a source on whether the PCM itself records flash history, so we can't answer that part.
