Why are my purchased HP Tuners credits not showing up?
Usually because they haven't been synced to the interface yet. Per HP Tuners, purchased credits are activated from VCM Editor using Help > Resync Interface, with the computer online and the interface connected.
If the interface was bought used, the previous owner has to remove it from their HP Tuners account before the new owner can add it and buy credits. If a resync doesn't fix it, contact HP Tuners support with your order details. See computers & tuning tools.
